Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. WHICH THINGS ALSO WE SPEAK⦠(1 Corinthians 2:12-13).
As Christians, we belong to a real spiritual kingdom: the Kingdom of Godβs love-Son. In that kingdom, we have our peculiar Kingdom language. We donβt just talk; we speak the wisdom of God; thatβs the language of our Kingdom: βHowbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to noughtβ (1 Corinthians 2:6).
Too many Christians donβt understand how to speak the Kingdom language, because theyβve never been rightly and adequately taught, and as a result, they talk fear, and unbelief. Some of them call it βrealityβ; βLetβs face realityβ theyβd say, referring to the things that their senses can perceive. The only reality is Godβs Word.
Donβt say youβre broke just because thereβs no money in your pocket or bank account. Instead, affirm, βThe Lord is my shepherd and I lack nothing; Heβs brought me into a large place, a place of wealth untold. Iβm supernaturally supplied, and all my needs are met; I have no consciousness of lack, because all things are mine!β Thatβs speaking the language of our Kingdom.
Somebody says, βBut we have to say it as it is; if I feel a headache why canβt I say I have a headache?β You canβt say, βI have a headache,β because headaches donβt exist in our Kingdom. The things we speak are the things God has freely given to us, and sickness, disease, failure, lack, and death arenβt part of those things.
When you speak contrary to your divine nature and provisions in Christ, itβs an βillegal operationβ; itβs like entering the wrong codes into a programme or computer system; it wonβt work.
Therefore, speak the wisdom of God always. Only affirm your glorious life in Christ. When you declare, βIβm the manifestation of the glory of God,β youβre speaking the language of our Kingdom; youβre communicating with the right sound code. Hallelujah!
